Cobra
You have to first lie down on your face on the floor, over an exercise mat and your palms should be placed underneath your shoulders. Then you have to arch your front portion up from the floor but your lower abs and legs should stick to the floor. Arch and stretch yourself up as much as you can and repeat for 30 seconds.
Toe touch
This one looks deceptively easy but is actually very difficult to accomplish. First, you have to stand and your hands will be held high over your head. Then you have to bend over and touch your toes firmly with your fingers, but your knees can’t bend. Your knees and forehead should touch. At first, your back will hurt and therefore while rising up, you should also bend backwards. Repeat this exercise for 4 to 5 times 6 days a week.
You can also perform this exercise sitting down instead of standing up. Sit down on an exercise mat on the floor with your legs joined and stretched out in front of you. Now sit up straight and raise your arms straight over your head. Then maintaining the sitting posture, you have to bend down and touch your toes with your fingers firmly. Again you cannot bend your knees or else the whole purpose of your exercise will be lost. Your head should touch your knees.
Trikonasana
Another yogasana called trikonasana or the triangle which involves touching your opposite feet with your fingers while the other hand stretches upwards in a vertical line is considered a good exercise to grow taller naturally.
