If you talk to a person about his height, chances are that he or she will say that he/she is dissatisfied with his/her height. Some people are of the belief that popping snake oil pills, magic potions, height supplements and height increasing wonder pills can make you grow taller. Most of these pills and potions don’t work, and the few which do, contain doubtful ingredients that may harm your body in the long run. Many of these pills work by stimulating the pituitary glands to produce more HGH than is normal and this makes you shoot up by a few inches.
In this way you can add a maximum of 5 inches to your diminutive frame. But there are lethal side effects associated with these pills and HGH stimulators. Some of these pills and potions and treatments are expensive as well.

I personally feel the safest way to increase your height is by modifying your diet and taking to exercise. And you have to start early, from your pre teens. Your diet should include lots of lean protein, white meat, sea fish, sea food which are rich in omega 3, 6, 9 fatty acids, soy protein, all kinds of plant protein, fish, eggs, veggies, citrus fruits, all kinds of vitamins, calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium and dairy products. Your diet must be a healthy and balanced one.
As far as exercise is concerned, you have to concentrate on your spine and legs – the 2 avenues to lengthen your frame. That is why you are asked to perform and regularly practice all kinds of stretching exercises and spine correction exercises. However, don’t go about it bull headedly, but take it easy. These two methods are actually beneficial in increasing your height and making you Grow taller.
Cycling, swimming, jumping rope in short sharp bursts, playing basket ball and volley ball and hanging from bars regularly are all excellent exercises for boosting height.
