The table exercise
First, you have to sit down on the floor and stretch your legs out straight before you. Next you have to straighten up your torso. Your palms have to be placed just beside your butts on the floor. Then you have to tuck in your chin and chest together. Then you have to pull your head backwards to the farthest distance possible.
While keeping your arms straight and bending your knees, you have to raise up your body. Take care that your torso and upper legs are completely straight and parallel to the floor. You have to practice this exercise for quite a few times 6 days a week. Hold on to the posture for around eight to twenty seconds.
Stretch at Wall
You have to stand straight next to a wall. Now raise your hands high up above your head, as high as you can and at the same time you have to stand on tip toes. The spin has to be kept flat against the wall and this exercise must be repeated for approximately four to six seconds.
Legs straight up
You have to lie down with your face facing downwards. Place your palms along the sides of your body. Then you have to try hard to raise your legs up. If you find it hard, them you can at first practice with raising only one leg up at a time. Then, after building your stamina, you should concentrate on raising both legs and together. Try to raise your legs as high as you possibly can, but your feet must be joined together. Repeat this exercise for a few times and hold on to your posture for 3 seconds at least.
