By exercising sincerely you can certainly become taller by 2 or 3 inches and the rest you can make up by wearing high heeled shoes, height accentuating clothes, hair styles and postures. Let me show you a few of these exercises which will help you grow taller naturally.
The Bridge
At first you have to lie down on the floor. Your knees should be bent and the feet should be kept flat on the floor. Draw your feet close to your butts so that your bottom portion from waist downwards forms a ^ on the floor. Your hands which were placed by your sides have to be stretched so that you can firmly grab your ankles and you have to continue grasping your ankles while raising up your hips from the floor. You have to arch your body and your abs should be lifted towards the ceiling.
You have to form a perfect arch by lifting your abs as high as possible. Hold on to this position for some seconds and then relax and slowly return to the starting position. You have to repeat this exercise 5 times and hold on to the posture for 3 to 10 seconds. If you think grabbing your ankles will be difficult, then you can keep your arms straight by your sides and lift yourself up.
The yawn
Here, you have to first stand absolutely straight and then gather your hands behind your neck and hold them. And then you have to arch your head in the upward direction and as far back as you possibly can. Hold on to this position for around 10 seconds and then repeat.
The super stretch
Again you have to stand straight, but this time you need to lift your hands and arms high above, as far as you can. Now stretch your lower back down a bit and also lean back a little. Now repeat this exercise a few times and hold on to the posture for four to seven seconds.
The downhill
You first have to stand and hold your hands together. Then you have to place your hands behind your body. Then keep your hands behind your back, to the farthest distance and swing your hands slowly. This will stretch your back and hands. You have to repeat this exercise around 5 times and hold on to the posture for four to six seconds.
